Dariann was a bright and beautiful 18 year old attending college at NHSC in New Town. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her boyfriend Monte. Whether that time was on the boat in summer or just hanging out watching Netflix. She also never missed her "baby" sisters sporting events and made it to as many NTHS home games as possible regardless of the sport. During the summer of 2015 she attended an educational trip to Europe. Touring cities in Italy, France and England. Her dream was to return and explore other areas of Europe one day. Everyone that knew her knew she was someone to count on for whatever was needed. Always one to defend a friend she made sure her point was heard. Dariann is survived by her parents Brent and Tione, sisters Haley and Caitlyn, her paternal grandparents, many aunts and uncles and extended family and many friends. Darianns smile, laugh and goofiness will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Dariann Dawn Tveter was driving alone on highway 23 going to Parshall in the early hours of December 6, 2015. Her young life was cut short by a drunk driver whose blood alcohol level was over two times the legal limit.
You had such a beautiful spirit…and still all these years later when I hear a golden blonde giggle your giggle…I always rubber neck to look for you…but alas it isn’t you. You made an indelible imprint on my heart as my student…Dariann. I know you are an Angel looking out for all of us…still here on Earth. I still wear your Angel proudly on my New Town jacket.
I remember I spent an entire summer with you at your house. Sleeping on the floor next to your bed. We grew close went everywhere with you and your family. I love you and I miss you so much Dariann. I’ll never forget how great of a friend you were.

You’re such a strong girl I was there with you as you drew your last breath you we’re fighting to stay alive with every second of past. I remember you when you were a little girl and your dad would bring you into work. Your smile would light up our shop so it was so sad for me to see you pass that night. I struggle to stay to forget that notification I gave your parents to let them know that you passed away that night You shall have forever be missed and loved

Dariann was my cheerleader for 2 seasons, on Facebook her team cheerleaders pictures pops up on my newsfeed in my memories all the time. She was definitely an amazing person! I will never forget her and her amazing soul!
