Highway Patrol reported Jeremy Atwell, 34, and the driver of the vehicle died in a single-vehicle crash, which occurred at an unknown time on Highway 21, 3 miles west of New England. The vehicle was driving westbound on Highway 21 when the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, entered a ditch and the vehicle rolled over, according to a Highway Patrol report.
